Re: Turkey Point 'Inits 3 & 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 & 50-251 Propespd Emergency Plan Enclosed are draf t i=plementing procedures for the propc sed Turkey Point Units 3 & 4 Radiologia1 Emergency Plan submitted on January 2,1981.
The Radiation Release and Dose Projection Procedure is not yet finished and will be submitted under a separate cover by April 1,1921.
We have received NRC review comments on the proposed Turkey Point Radiologial Emergency Plan submitted on January 2,1981.
We will address the review com=ents, revise the proposed Plan and associate I=plementing Procedures if necessary, and subsit the approved plan and Implementing Procedures by April 1, 1981.
We plan to begin implementation of the new Radiological rmergency Plan at the same time that the Florida Radiological Emergency Plan f or Nuclear Power Facilities is implemented. This is scheduled for April 1,1981 Delays in delivery and installation have disrupted the schedule for the new meteorological equipment and the Appendix I computer installation at Turkey Point. We are currently reassessing these projects and establishing new schedules.
