Dear Mr. Denton:
is a proposed change to the McGuire Nuclear Station, Unit 1, Facility Operating License, No. NPF-9.
The proposed change involves extending the required implementation dates for two of the NUREG-0737 items contained 11 the McGuire license.
The proposed change ht.s been reviewed and it has been determined that there are no adverse safety or environmental impacts associated with the proposed change.
The proposed change is considered to be a Class II amendment pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22.
Therefore, enclosed is a check in the amount of $1200.
