We have completed our review of the adequacy of station electrical distribution system voltages for the Big Rock Point Plant. Enclosed is the NRC staff's Safety Evaluation and our contractor's Technical l
Evaluation Report regarding this subject. We find that the voltage

analysis and test results that you submitted to meet staff positions on this subject are acceptable.
i As noted in our Safety Evaluation, certain portions of the Big Rock Point Plant distribution system, where a single component failure can disable both offsite power sources, will be considered as part of Topic VII-3 of the Systematic Evaluation Program.
