We have reviewed the changes to the security plan for the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station as submitted by your letter of October 19, 1981.
Although - e of the changes are appropriate under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.. (p), others either decrease security or contain insufficient information upon which to base a decision.
Please submit revised pages to your plan incorporating only those changes which we have accepted or which you have revised in accordance with the enclosed comments to be consistent with the provisions of 50.54(p).
In the instance of those changes which we have identified as decreasing security, you may choose to submit a request for change regarding those items under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.90.
We have detennined that the enclosure to your above referenced letter and the enclosure to this letter contain Safeguards Inforration as specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and should be withheld from public disclosure.
