Dear Mr. Scolz:
k$1 ) O On October 13, 1981 (Serial No. 749) Toledo Edison submitted a letter concerning Station Blackout, Unresolved Safety Issue A-44 as it related to Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1.
The enclosure contained several tables and on Table 1 (page 1 of 11), there was an error on the number of starts for Diesel Generator No. 2.
The correct number of starts should be 2.
Licensee Event Report (LER) NP-33-77-56 was inadvertently omitted from the October 13, 1981 submittal.
Attached are the revised Table 1 (page 1 of 11) and LER NP-33-77-56.
