JOSEPH M. FARLEY NUCIIAR PLANT UNIT 1 NARRATIVE

SUMMARY

OF OPERATIONS NOVEMBER, 1981 The unit continued to be shutdown through the month of November for repair of the main generator and Cycle 3 - Cycle 4 refueling operations.

The following safety-related maintenance was performed in the month of November:

1. Performed miscellaneous maintenance on diesel generators.
2. Performed various design changes required by NUREG-0737 and FJREG-0588.
3. Repaired electrical penetration Q1T52B005-A which had failed local leak rate testing.
4. Supported Westinghouse in baffle peening core internals.
