This refers to the letter of October 19, 1981 from Mr. L. M. Mills in response to the Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalties sent to you with our letter dated September 24, 1981.
The notice identifird three violations relating to an event in which a Technical Specification Limiting Condition for operation was exceeded for five days.
The specific corrective measures detailed in your response to the violations will be reviewed during subsequent inspections to determine your effectiveness in preventing additional noncompliance.
This also acknowledges receipt on October 19, 1981, of your payment in full of the proposed $40,000 civil penalty.
