Dear Mr. Faulkner:
Submittal of Working Papers for Licensing Review Group-II Issues My November 10, 1981 letter to you outlined the LRG-II schedule for position paper submittals.
As indicated in this schedule, information relating to 13 of the LRG-II issues would be provided to you during December, 1981.
Volume II of the LRG-II Position Papers, covering 4 of these 13 issues is enclosed for you use.
Subsequent volumes, covering additional issues, are in preparation in accordance with the schedule.
As you know, the immediate application of these LRG-II positions is for the Staff's review leading-to preparation of the SER for the Clinton Power Station.
Illinois Power Company, by letter, will indicate that these 4 position papers apply to the Clinton Power Station application.
Similar endorsement letters from the other LRG-II participating utilities will also-be issued.
Please advise us as to the acceptability of these position papers.
