TIppolito JHegner SU3 JECT: SECURITY PLA'l REVISIONS - DRESDEN STATION This acknowledges receipt of your letters dated October 4,1979 January 21, and December 8,1980 by which you transmitted changes to the Security Plan for the Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Units 1, 2 and 3.
We have reviewed the changes and agree that some of the changes discussed in your above referenced letters are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). We do not agree that certain other changes, as indicated in the enclosure, are consistent with these same provisions. With regard to these changes, you are requested to revert to the previous wording contained in Revision 6 of the Security Plan until further changes are submitted. The enclosure to this letter provides additional infomation regarding this position.
We have determined that your above referenced letters, including their enclosurt.s and the enclosure to this letter contain informa-tion of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d) and are, therefore, being withheld from public disclosure.
05B clearance is not required for this request since it is being transmitted to nine or fewer addressees.
