Decket fins. 50-361 CL, 50-352 OL Ocar Ferbers of the Boarci Enclosed are the HRC Staff's Frnposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law on the Issue of Energency Preparedness in the Fom of a Proposed Initial Decision. These Findings do not address the updated FEPA findings served on the Poard and parties under cover of rotion dated Decmber 2,1921, in light of the Poard's October 6,1031 Order respecting receipt of this docunent and providing an opportunity to all parties to reve, within ten days of receipt of the FD'A findings, tn reopen the record.
In view of this, the Staff reserves the right to file such supplerental findings regarding the updated FEMA findings as nay be appropriate depending on the Enard's ultinate disposition of this document.
