GDeegan ACRS-10 This confirms our telephoned authorization given today, October 28, 1981, for a temporary change in Technical Specification 4.2.7c for the Fort St. Vrain facility as requested by your telecopy letter dated October 26, 1981. Facility Operating License No. OPR-34 is amended on this date, October 28, 1931, by making the following Tecnnical Specification change:
LCO 4.2.7c to read:
The interspeces between the primary and secondary penetration closures are maintained at a pressure greater than primary system pressure with purified helium gas except for module B-2-3 interspace pressure which will be slightly above cold reheat steam pressure. This temporary relief for module B-2-3 is to be in effect for four (4) weeks after which time the original Technical Specification will be again in effect.
Copies of the license amendment, our evaluation and Federal Register Hotice for this temporary Technical Specification change will be sent to you when completed.
