RE: General El'ectric Company -- Vallecitos Nuclear Center, General Electric Tese Reactor (GETR), Docket No. 50-70, Operating License No. TR-1 (Show Cause Proceeding).
Dear Mr. Chilk:
I am very interested in the resumption of operation of the GETR at the earliest possible date.
Pursuant to Section 2.715(a) of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Rules of Practice, I would therefore like to make a limited appearance, in person, I
