Braidwood Station Guard Training and Qualification Plan In the process of our further review of your Guard Training and Qualification Plan for Braidwood, we have discovered an error in the implementation date.
According to our letter of December 30, 1980, we specified that all of your security personnel be qualified within two years after issuance of the operating license. However, in order to meet the provisions of 10 CFR 73.55(b), all security. personnel must be trained and qualified prior to your receiving an operating license.
Thus, the second paragraph in our letter of December 30, 1980 should be corrected to read:

"For your planning purposes, it is noted that pursuant to the i
provisions of 10 CFR 73.55(b), the plan shall be fully implemented with all guards trained and qualified upon receipt of the operating license."
