.w w :u Poe. 2 of 2 Pages U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATOR 1r COMMISSION EXPORT LICENSE Conditions License Number XENM017'27 Condition 1 - Licensee shall file with the Customs Officer o the Postmaster two copies,in addi-tion to those otherwise required, of the Shipper's Export Dec!cration covering each export and merk one of such ccpies for transmittel to the U.S. Nuclecr Regu-lotory Commission, Wcshington, D.C. 20555. The following declerction should oc-company or be plcced en the Shippers Export Dec!cretions for such exports:
"This shipment is being made pursuant to specific license number (specific license number) filed at (location of Customs office where license is filed),
on (date license was filed). This license expires on (expiration date of license), and the unshipped belence remcining on this license is sufficient to cover the shipment described on this declcretion.'
Condition 2 - Experts cuthorized in eny country or destinction, excect Country Groups C, S. W, X, Y, end Z in Port 370, Supplement No.1, of the Comprehensive Export Schedule of the U.S. Depcrtment of Commerce.
Condition 3 - This license ecvers only the nuclecr content of the matericl.
paditgn 4 - The meterict to be experted under this license shcil be sh pped in accordence with the physicci prefecticn recuirements for specici nuclecr meterici in 10 CFR 73.
Condition 5 - Specici nuclecr metenci cuthorized fer export under th;s hcense shell not be transpcrted outside the United Srctes in pcssenger ccrrying circrcft in shipments exceeding (1) 20 grams or 20 curies whichever is less, of plutenium er uranium 233, or (2) 350 grcms of uranium 235.
Condition 6-This license cuthorizes export only and dces net cuthorize the rece;pt, physecci possession, or use of the nuclect matenci.
Condition 7 - The licensee shcIl complete and submit on NRC Form 711 for ecch shipment of source materici experted under this license.
Condition 8 - The licensee shcIl cdvise the NRC in the event there is any change in the designe-tion of the company who will pcckcge the nuc!ecr meterict to be exported under this license, or cny change in the location of the pockeging operction, et least three weeks prior to the scheduled date of expert.
Condition 9 - The material to be exported under this license shall be protected in transit, while within U.S. jurisdiction, in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 73 and the licensee's approved security plan.
Condition 10 - The licensee shall not deliver formula quantities of strategic special nuclear material to any carrier for transport until such carrier has submitted to the NRC a physical security plan in response to the requirements of 10 CFR 73.20, 73.25, and 73.26.
