EliminationSystem(!@ DES)Permithasbeenprocessedinaccordancewith Sections 402 and 405 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972, (86 Stat. 816; Public Law 92-500, 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.).

The enclosed I PDES Permit covers your operations which discharge into the Illinois River at liorris, Illinois. All discharges from this facility shall be consistent with the terms and conditions of this permit.

Please note that the amendments to 40 CFR 124 (published July 24,1974 in the Federal Register at 27078-27034) require that any request for adjudicatory hearing must be made within 10 days of receipt of this permit.

Pursuant to the above regulations we are informing all persons who submitted written co=nents on the proposed permit of our determination to issue the' permit. This letter will serve as notice to such persons.
