lin-effect for Dresden Station per U.S. Environmental Protection Agency permits.
Enclosed are extracts from NPDES Permit No. IL 0002224 pertaining to the chlorination limits at Dresden Station.
At the present time, we have a request for an adjudicatory hearing before the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to condition the. total chlorine residual by reference to the Sabrooke stipulation which is also enclosed.
