SAMPLE COMPUTER RUN RELATING TO ECCS AllALYSIS FROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE Your letter to us dated March.1,1976, transmitted thirteen General Atonic Company proprietary drawings and a General Electric Company sanple corputer run and reque:sted that these documents be withheld fron public disclosure pursuant to Section 2.790 of 10 CFR Part 2.
Your reason for requesting withholding of these documents from public disclosure was that the infomation was developed at the expense of the General Atomic. Company and the General Electric Company, and the disclosure of.the data in these documents would affect the cocpetitive position in the. industry of these two cocpanies.
While the coments provided a're valuable in aiding the Nuclear Regulatory Comission (l;RC) in making its detemination as to whether the infomation should be accorded privileged treatment and withheld
