This Tunical Report continues to meet the recuirements of Paragraph 50.54
(.-1) of 10 CFR Part 50 and Appendix A to 10 CFR Part 55, and is approved, subject to incorporation of the following two statements:
"If a licensed individual prepares and grades the annual a.
examination, he or she need not take the examination.
This l-exclusion shall extend to only three individuals at each
