The reorganization of Naval Products Division activities into SN1:-368 cnd addition of those Coccercial Products Division activitiec perfornd at our New Eavea locations to SNM-777 was presented in a neeting on 11ay 24,1968 with Division of Materials Licensing personnel.
The information presented verbally is confirmed in the following attachzents:
1.
Revised ScEtions (100 and 200) for cech license.
Section 100 includes General Infor:dation concerning location of'facilitt.u, summary of activities and SNti possession limitc.
Section 200 covers Organization, Personnel and Administration.
2.
/. lict of all acendments to Slai-368.
3.
A list of effective pagcc of the existing approved SIC'-368 indicating which pages are to be retained in slai-368 and which are to be incorporated into SNM-777.
l 4: A list of thoce amendaents which are to be retained in SUM-368 or incorpercted into SNM-777, or which apply to both license.
I United Nuclear Corporation intends to make this reorganization effectiva on June 17, 1963.
Our present applications for license renewal for these two licenses will be modificd to reflect these changes, except for Sections 100 and 200 (attached) uhich will become eficctive upon receipt of ycur approval.
