Gentlemen:
Referenec:
(a) Letter fro:a Consonwcalth Edison to D. L. Eie=nn dated 9/16/74, Docket Nos. 50-10/237/249; and, (b) Letter from Co= onwealth Edison to E. G. Case dated 9/24/74, Docket Nos. 50-2c4/304; and, (c) Letter from Commonwealth Edison to E. G. Case dated 10/25/74, Docket Nos. 50-254/265.
L'e have reviewed the revised Generating Stations Energency Plan (GSEP),
dated 9/13/74, subnitted with reference (a) in connection trith the full term operating license review of Dresden Unit 2.
References (b) and (c) state that this revision to GSEP cpplies to the Zion Station and Quad Cities 1 and 2 as well.
The concept of a single plan applicable to all of Cormontrealth Edison's
~
sites is acceptable to us if it clearly demonstrates conpliance uith the requiremento of 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, for each statien having cne or more licensed units. The revised GSEP (9/13/74) does not fully acco=plish this.
The informction requested in the attachment should be included in a further revision of the GSEP docuncat. To the c:: tent necessar;,
we urce that you incorporate infornation that is site cpecific in separate cppendices to GSEP for cach site. Eccause of the ne::edule for completing the pending Dresden 2 Tull Tcrn Opercting Licent:e evaltia tion, tic rcquear that your reply be subnitted as noen ns possible but no Ictcr than Ecccnber 20, 197!..
Sincerely,
