The enclosed copy of our inspection report identifies areas
examined during the inopcetion. Wit!11n these areas, the

The inspection included n review of your action with respect
to co r ituents diocuoced in previous letters, Wo have no
further questions regarding Itens 2, 4, 5 and 6 discussed in
our letter of August 11, 1975.
During tl.is inspection, certain of your activities appeared
to be in noncorplianco with U?.C require:nents, es described
under Enforce:acnt Itc::s in the Su=c:nry of Findings section
of the enclosed inspection report.
