Pursuant to Section 50.59 of 10 CFR Part 50, the Technical Specifications of Facility Operating License No. DPR-2 are hereby changed by replacing Sections I acd J with the revised Section I appended hereto. In I
accordance with your request, the revised Section I is to be effective I
as of November 1, 1973.
