Before ve can contpute a revised allocation for Dresden, it will be necesscry that the schedule of rcturns to the AE:: be further sape.rcted as to the quantities of " cold" material and irradiated material together with the escinated enrichment or depletion of the irradiated material being returned. Also, the dates for transfers fees and to AIlC after 1%2 should be indicated by fiscal year or by quarter of each calendar year.
