1975, was sent to clarify the proper riethods for inpleenntinc the
=s reculations in several important areas.
Cranting the request for an exerstion fron 10 CFR 50.55.a would semit the technical specification changes to be suLmitted less than six months before the 43 nonth inspection interval begins on March 4,1977.
In T'l consideration of the relatively short period of time this reculation has 1
allowed for a facility such as Dresden No.1, which had no class 1, 2 or.
3 systens previously defined to reet the recuirements df the requiation, the exemption to the time requirement of 10 CFR Part 50.55.a(g)(5)(ii) is hereby cranted.
