Your letter dated February 27, 1973, transmitted Ecport GU-5293 -
" Evaluation of Densification in Dresden Unit 1 Fuel Supplied by Gulf United" (dated February 23, 1973) and requested withholding of this report from public disclosure as proprietary information pursuant to Section 2.790 of 10 CFR Part 2.
Uc have reviewed the Gulf United report and are unable to identify proprictcry information in it.
If such information is contained therein, it would appear to be a very limited portion of the report.
In this regard, Section 2.'90 requirec that an cpplicent, as fcr as possible, incorporate in a separate paper any part socaht to be withheld.
Consequently, it is requested that you withdraw the report and (1) resubmit it in a manner that will delete the proprictary portion, thereby negating the need for withholding from public disclosure,
,r (2) resubmit the information as two independent reports separating the proprietary information from the non-proprietary portions.
If you elect the latter alternative and submit a sepcrate report for which proprietary treatment is requested, in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.790, you are required to cubnit c full c:.71c nation why thic information should be handled as proprictcry.
