License fio. DPR-2 Your Proposed Change No. 22 of January 18, 1971, to the Technical Speci-fications of Facility License No. DPR-2 and supplemental information dated March 24, 1971, have been reviewed pursuant to Section 50.59 of 13 CFR Part 50.
The ' proposed change would authorize loading up to 120 Type VIII fuel assemblies in the Dresden L' nit No. 1 reactor at the end of the seventh operating cycle.
'*e have concluded that the proposed change does not present significant hazards considerations not described or implicit -in the Dresden 1 Safety Analysis Report (Hazards Suizaary Report) and that there is reason-able assurance that the health and safety of the public will not be endangered by operation of the reactor in the manner proposed.
Accordingly, the Technical Specifications of Facility License.io. EPR-2 are hereby changed as set forth in Attachment A to this letter.
