Contrar:y to 10 CFR 50, Appendix D, Critorion VI and William A. Raritalph, Inc., (WARI) QA Manual, Section.II, issuance of a rdvision of Section VIII of the WARI QA Manual was not in accordance with established requirements.
Discussion:

The WARI OA Manual containing the erroncous revisions was marked. void and t,ak,en out of the active file.
