statement of general policy and procedure on implementation of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 as set forth in Appendix D of the Conaission's regulations,10 CI"1 Part 50. A request for connenta is being sent to appropriate Federal, State, and local agencies.
Copics of the draft statement are being forwarded to the Council on Environmental i
Quality.
After receipt of the comments from Federal, State, and local officials and the general public we shall prepare a final environmental statement.
