THI-2 This authorization is being effected by todifying the techn al specificat1cns of the donor plants to require.that their. surveillance procrars no conducted in the indicated hast plants.,,Cecause the irradiation is proviced by the host plants as an acconmdation to the donors and.because the conduct of such irradiation cannot legally be,mde a. condition of the license of the hze plants, it is not appropriate.to impose, technical specifications requirino the hosts to perform the irradiation... lit. tne sace tim. hcaever, the HRC'.
