Enclosed is Operational Technology's evaluation of the subject review. The review has considered-the effects of nomal operation, anticipated transients,'and postulated accidents.
The safety margin for cycle 3~ operation is adequate with respect to current liRC regulations and standards, and the proposed cycle 3 operation is acceptable on this basis.
