At a recent neeting with Duke Power Company personnel, the subject of mini a shift staffing for three-unit operation was discussed.
In prepsration for the issuance of Technical Specifications for Units 2 and 3, I propose that minicum shift staffing requirements for the three-unit operation at Oconee be in substantial conformance with

the attached draft materisl. The incorporation of this material Li would make subsections 6.1.1.4 and 6.1.1.7 superfluous.
