Dear Mr. Giambusso:
The following items have been identified by Duke Power Company and AEC/R0 personnel as required to be completed prior to initial criticality:
1.
Install filter elements and gas waste disposal filter housing, penetration room and control room.
2.
Replace two missing incore detector cables.
3.
Insta13 two missing bolts on reactor building equipment hatch.
4.
Satisfactory resolution of outstanding items with regard to the following preoperational tests.
(a) TP/3/3/0200/23A - Reactor Coolant Pump Motors Test (b) TP/3/A/0202/07 - HPI Functional and Operational Test.
(c) TP/3/A/0600/11 - Emergency Feed System and Steam Generator Control Test.-
(d)
TP/3/B/0600/12A-Pressurizer Operational Test.
(e) TP/3/A/0161/03 - Reactor Building Purge System Functional and Operational Test.
(f) TP/3/A/0150/06 - Reactor Building Isolation Pneumatic Leak Test.
(g) TP/3/A/0600/17 - Integrated Engineered Saf?. guards Actuation Test.
