Dear Mr. Moseley:
Unusual Event Report UE-270/75-16, submitted on October 31, 1975, referred to an incident that occurred on September 19, 1975 in which air supply isolation valves were inadvertently closed instead of filtered water line valves.
It was stated in the " Corrective Action" section of. this re-
.t that all Instrument Air System valves would be properly identified anu their f
operation assigned to cognizant personnel by January 1, 1976. However, due to the couplexity of this system, this. action will not be completed by this date..This action will be completed by May 1, 1976.
