Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2, and 3.
This report has been prepared by the applicant at our request under our revised statement of policy on implementation of the National Environmental Policy Act which was forwarded to Mr. Train on May 23, 1970. A notice of the availability of the report and request for comments from State and local agencies has been sent i
to the Office of the Federal Register for filing and publication (copy enclosed). A request for comments also has been sent to those.spplicable Federal agencies specified in the Council's memorandtra of June 3,1970.
Af ter we have received the comments of the Federal, State, and local agencies, we will prepare a detailed environmental state-including a discussion of any problems or objections raised
- ment, and the disposition thereof, and forward copies of the statement to the Council.
