Comments are requested within thirty days concerning those metters over which your agency has jurisdiction by law or special expertise with respect to any envi-ronmental impact involved or is authorized to develop and enforce environmental standards. If no connants are received within the thirty-day period, it will be presumed that your sgency has no As provided in paragraph 7(b) ci the Council's comments to make.
Interim Guidam==, comments are not requested with respect to water quality aspects of the proposed action since the Duke Power Company will have to obtain a water quality certification from the appropriate State or interstate pollution control agency.
After we have received the couments of the various Federal, State, and local agencies, we will prepare a detailed environoental statement, including a discussion of any proble:s or objections l
