NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES IN SENIOR REACTOR OPERATOR STATUS By letter dated May 10, 1993, from Mr. V. Cwietniewicz, we were informed of status changes for two senior reactor operator licenses. The letter notes that their license status changed in December 1992; but, due to an administrative error. your notification to the NRC was delayed.
Based upon the information supplied, it appears that your organization was not in full compliance with NRC requirements. A Notice of Violation is enclosed and categorizes the Violation by severity level in accordance with " General Statement of Policy and Procedure for NRC Enforcement Actions," 10 CFR Part 2, Appendix C.
You are required to respond to this letter; and, in preparing your response, you should follow the enclosed instructions.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of 10 CFR Part 2, a copy of this letter and your reply will be placed in the Public Document Room. The response directed by this letter and the accompanying Notice are not subject to the clearance procedures of the Office of Management and Budget as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, PL 96-511.
