REVISION 5.3 TO THE SAN ON0FRE NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION (SONGS) EMERGENCY PLAN We have completed a rev,iew of the indicated changes to Appendix J (Revision 5.3) to the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) Emergency Plan submitted under cover letter from your office, dated February 12, 1993, in i
accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(q).
The results of our review were discussed telephonically on May 26, 1993, by Mr. A. McQueen of my staff and Mr. Cyrus Anderson'of the SONGS Site Emergency Preparedness staff.
Our review indicates that your plan, as changed, continues to meet the standards in 10 CFR 50.47(b) and the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E.
