Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (OCNGS)

Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request No. 208 Safety Valve Setpoint Change On March 3,

1993, GPU Nuclear Corporation, licensee of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, submitted the subject amendment to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).

This Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) proposes the reduction of the setpoint of the ninth (highest) safety valve from 1230 to 1221 psig.

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and Energy's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering (BNE) reviewed the above amendment in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.91(b).

Based on this review, the BNE does not have any comments on the proposed change.
