Docket No. 50-206 Monthly Operating Report for April 1993 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 1 Technical Specification 6.9.1.10 to Possession Only License DPR-13 for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 1, requires SCE to provide a Monthly Operating Report which includes routine operating statistics, shutdown experience, and all challenges to pressurizer safety and relief valves.

This letter transmits the April 1993 Monthly Operating Report for Unit 1.

There were no challenges to pressurizer safety or relief valves during this reporting period.

Operation will not be resumed. A Possession Only License was issued on October 23, 1992, which became effective on March 9, 1993 when the NRC was notified that all fuel had been offloaded from the core.

Permanently Defueled Technical Specifications (PDTS) are in the process of being developed.

Submittal of the proposed PDTS is forecast to occur in May 1993.
