In reference letter 1, Philadelphia Electric.ompany (PECo) informed you r

that the Loss-of-Off-Site Power (LOOP) Procedure (St-11) was scheduled to be implemented by December 31, 1992.

In reference 2, PECo informed you that full implementation of SE-11 would be delayed until April 1993. By this letter, we are informing you that as of April 28, 1993, SE-11 has been fully approved and implemented at Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 2 and 3.
