FUTURE NRC INSPECTION OF CONTINUUM DYNAMICS, INC.
This letter confirms the dates of May 4 and 5, 1993, for an NRC inspection of Continuum Dynamics, Inc. (CDI).
These dates were

established in an April 28, 1993, telephone call between you and Mr. Robert Pettis, Jr. of this office.
1 The inspection will review selected procedures and implementation for CDI's 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B, quality assurance program for supplying nuclear safety-related services, and will review i
the 10 CFR Part 21 reporting program.
It will primarily concentrate on testing performed by CDI at the EPRI facility in response to BWR reactor vessel water level instrumentation errors due to the effects of non-condensible gases in the instrument reference legs.
