APPROVAL UNDER 10 CFR 20.302(a) RELOCATION AND PLACEMENT 0F CONSTRUCTION SOIL WITH TRACES OF RESIDUAL RADI0 ACTIVITY ON SITE AT PILGRIM HUCLEAR POWER STATION (TAC NO. 85501)
By letter dated January 15, 1993, you requested approval, pursuant to 10 CFR 20.302(a), to relocate subject material to a different location within the licensee controlled area.
The Commission has reviewed this request and has determined that the proposed' relocation is acceptable.
This approval is granted provided that the enclosed Safety Evaluation is permanently incorporated into your Offsite Dose Calculation Manual as an-Appendix. Additionally, any modifications considered to your approved proposal must have prior Commission approval.
Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 51, the Commission has published in the Federal Reaister the enclosed Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact (58 FR 26169).
