Dear Mr. Stratman:
SUB1ECT: APPROVAL 0F REVISION 11 TO THE PERRY EMERGENCY PLAN This is to acknowledge receipt of Revision 11 to the Perry Nuclear Power Plant Emergency Plan which was transmitted by letter dated April 7,1993.
We have reviewed the changes to the Emergency Plan Annex and determined that they are consistent with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan. Therefore, these changes are acceptable.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
