Operational personnel will be pre-positioned in the Simulator at the start of.the exercise.
Additional personnel who staff the Control Room will report to the Simulator.

Objective 4, Personnel'not selected to staff their facility should report to the LSC, sign in on the Manpower Availability Roster, and then return to work.

Objective 6, Command and Control will be demonstrated by the CR, TSC, and EOF only. All other-facilities will only demonstrate direction and coordination capabilities.

Objective 27, all actions for the reentry and recovery of this accident will be discussed during a tabletop session in the EOF subsequent to the termination of the exercise.

Ingestion pathway activities will not be demonstrated during this exercise.
C.
Objective 1, the State EOC in Austin will be activated with minimum staffing only. This EOC will only provide exercise coordination as required.
D.
Objective 1, mobilization and activation of personnel will be performed in accordance with approved plans and procedures with the exception of State personnel. Due to scenario time constraints, these personnel will be prepositioned in the local area (Granbury or Glenrose), and actual deployment times will not be demonstrated.
E.
Objective 9, the BRC will advise / recommend protective actions to local officials.
F.
Objective 10, sounding of the Alert and Notification sirens and broadcasting of any required EBS messages will be simulated by the appropriate local EOCs.
G.
Objective 12, interaction with the media during exercise of the News Center will be simulated with roleplayers acting as media representatives.
H.
Objective 13, Rumor Control at locations 1-4 will only be exercised as it relates to the overall coordination process with the Joint Infornation Center (JIC). This agency will not be demonstrated as a separate or primary function since the JIC at the facility has primary responsibility for this function.
I.
Objective 15, contact with special populations will be simulated by contact with a control cell.
L J.
Objective 17, two (2) traffic and access control points will be setup at preselected off road locations for exercise purposes. Both points will be manned and operated consistent with scenario requirements.
l K.
Objective 18 and 19, exercise play at the Cleburne Relocation Center will be of limited scope. Only those areas necessary to demonstrate contamination control and radiological monitoring at the decontamination area will be exercised.
L.
Objective 22, decontamination activities will be simulated by conducting a walk-through of the facility.
