RESPONSE TO NRC BULLETIN 90-01, SUPPLEMENT 1 LOSS OF FILL OIL IN TRANSMITTERS MANUFACTURED BY ROSEMOUNT Gentlemen:
The purpose of this letter is to provide Carolina Power & Light Company's (CP&L) notification of work completion at the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, l
Unit No. 2 (BSEP2).
i In our response to NRC Bulletin 90-01, Supplement 1 for BSEF2,-CP&L committed to remove and replace eight (8) Rosemount transmitters to be in compliance with the Bulletin Supplement requirements prior to BSEP2 startup.
The eight (8) Rosemount transmitters have been removed and replaced as of March 16, 1993, as was committed in our response. BSEP2 has therefore complied with item 1 of the Requested Actions for Operating Reactors.
This commitment is considered closed.
