AMENDMENT NO.20 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-86: DELETION OF REQUIREMENT FOR OPERATIONS MANAGER TO MAINTAIN SENIOR REACTOR OPERATOR LICENSE - LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST 92-04 (TAC M84896)
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 20 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-86 for the Seabrook Station, Unit No. I, in response to your application dated November 3,1992, as supplemented by letter dated February 26, 1993.
This amendment revises the Appendix A Technical Specifications (TSs) relating to Administrative Controls applicable to the station staff.
Specifically, the amendment modifies TS Paragraph 6.2.2 f to require that the Operations Manager shall have been a licensed senior reactor operator for the Seabrook Station prior to assuming the position of Operations Manager. TS Paragraph 6.2.2 g is added to require that the Assistant Operations Manager shall be a licensed

senior reactor operator.
Prior to this amendment, both the Operations Manager and the Assistant Operations Manager were required to hold a senior reactor operator license.
