Purpose:
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the NRCs request for stakeholder input on outdated or duplicative administrative requirements that could be potentially modified or eliminated, as described in Federal Register notice 85 FR 6103.
Participants:
NRC/NMSS/Division of Rulemaking, External Participants Environmental, and Financial Support Stakeholders Retrospective Review of Administrative Requirements Working Group Meeting Category: This is a Category 3 meeting. Public participation is actively sought for this meeting to fully engage the public in discussion of regulatory issues. No classified, proprietary, or protected information will be discussed.
The NRCs Policy Statement, Enhancing Public Participation in NRC Meetings, effective May 28, 2002 (67 FR 36920), applies to this meeting.
