REQUEST FOR WITHHOLDING INFORMATION FROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE.-

BRUNSWICK STEAM ELECTRIC PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 By your application dated January 13, 1993, and the affidavit dated December 31, 1992, you submitted General Electric Report, GE-NE-770-14-0592, DRF-E31-0029-2 Class III, " Control Room and Offsite Doses from 300 GPM Reactor Water Clean Up System Leak," dated May 1992, and requested that it be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790.

You stated that the submitted information should be considered exempt from i

mandatory public disclosure for the following reasons:

The information contained in the document has been found to contain information which is proprietary and which is customarily held in confidence by General Electric.

2.

The information has been held in confidence by General Electric Company, no public disclosure has been made, and it is not available in public sources.

We have reviewed your application and the material in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 2.790 and, on the basis of General Electric Company's statements, have determined that the submitted information sought to be withheld contains trade secrets or proprietary commercial information.
