A Possession Only License was issued on October 23, 1992, which became effective on March 9, 1993 when the NRC was notified that all fuel had been offloaded from the core.

Permanently Defueled Technical Specifications (PDTS) are in the process of being developed.

Submittal of the proposed PDTS is forecast to occur in late April or early May 1993.
