Orr (parties to the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station Unit 2 Construction Pernit Amendment proceedings pending before the Commission), below-signed counsel hereby requests the right to appear before the full i
Commission prior to the issuance of the full power license for Unit 2 of the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station.
It is below-signed counsel's understanding that a hearing before the Commiccion is 1
